Hotel Chargeback Service
For clients on account and using our hotel chargeback service, we can help your organisation work simply and improve operational efficiencies. Once a hotel booking is complete (via online booking tool or Consultant) employees can do away with corporate credit cards. When the traveller checks in, payment has been pre-arranged by Bay Corporate Travel.
Reducing Issues at HotelCheck-In
In the event the hotel incorrectly seeks payment from the traveller, there are now two options:
– Call the Bay Travel Team 24/7 to fix with the hotel
– Or, use the free Conferma app to fix with the hotel directly
The app provides access to hotel booking information and allows travellers to take pictures of invoices. Search Conferma Pay to download the app. Ensure you use the email address in your traveller profile.
Merchant fees are charged by hotels to our clients regardless of whether their booking is made using their own card or via our hotel chargeback service.
