Destination: Italy "I am just sending a quick note to thank you very much for your organisation of my recent overseas holiday. The flights were good, but more particularly, the transfers that you organised worked really well. I was a little daunted about moving around Italy, however, the train trips were fantastic, and the reserved seats worked perfectly.
I really appreciate all that you did and want you to know that without your extra assistance, we wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as we did."

Destination: Europe "We and the Spences has a fantastic time. All travel arrangements and accommodation everywhere we went, worked a treat.
The only hiccup was in Spain at each hotel we got to every night. We were asked for a voucher (but we had none to give). This must have been an oversight somewhere in the system from the agents in Spain as all we had was a list of the hotels we were staying at plus a voucher for the first night in St Jean Pied de Port. Never-the-less, the accommodation was just right and if I ever went on the same trip again, I wouldn't change a thing.
Maybe, if we ever went back to Zermatt in Switzerland, we would stay at the Zermatterhoff Hotel and organise to be picked up from the railway station in the horse drawn carriage!! The walking etc in Switzerland and Spain was sensational and I would thoroughly recommend it as an adventure holiday for any of your clients.
It's now been a whole week since we got back and we really need another break, so we just looked at the points that we have accumulated with BHC and would like to convert these to an exotic weekend somewhere."

Destination: Vietnam & Kuala Lumpur
"The travel arrangements in Vietnam were very good - Travel IndoChina looked after us very well, especially in Ho Chi Minh City. I'd use Travel IndoChina again - their staff were very good and always there to assist.
Vietnam Airlines was very good - great aircraft and very good cabin crew. In summary, we had a great time, thanks largely to the great efforts of you and the Bay Travel team - so thanks very much, your efforts were and are appreciated by the Zahnleiter family."
